At MedLink, we believe that the key to a successful Electronic Health Record or Practice Management implementation lies in creating a clear learning path for the entire practice, and backing that up with a commitment to training. Our goal is not to “create” a new workflow for your office, but to simply give you the tools to manage your existing workflow more effectively, and more importantly, make sure your entire staff is comfortable using those tools.

Any software implementation must focus on the people and the processes involved in delivering  healthcare services, while using technology simply as the enabler, the resource that makes it possible to perform the tasks, activities, or processes.

Most industry experts agree that an “evolutionary” approach to implementation…..where implementation & training are broken down into components, which are learned at a pace that allows for 100% participation within the practice, is the most effective way to ensure a successful implementation.

At MedLink, we assign each of our clients their own Implementation Specialist who will manage the entire implementation and training process. Your Implementation Specialist will coordinate training and oversee the entire implementation, while also answering any questions that may come up along the way.

Training

Our training program helps to ensure the success of your investment. With multiple training courses offered for our products & services, MedLink’s training team maintains a regular schedule of classes designed to get your staff 100% comfortable using our tools, with minimal disturbance to your daily schedule.

Training is conducted online or can be delivered at the client’s site to meet special client requirements.

Support

MedLink’s Customer Services team works with your practice’s employees to complete the tasks required for successful deployment and integration of MedLink’s solutions. This includes:
